About The Role   


We’re looking for an energetic and results driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive to join our team working alongside  our sales and marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of our enterprise software solutions, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities. By managing the entire sales cycle, you will have an opportunity to prospect, conduct product demonstrations and showcase the value of our solutions. About You 

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a passion for enterprise technology. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B software sales, a deep technical and scientific background and excellent communication skills. You have a consultative sales approach, allowing you to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive business value. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles makes you eager to take on new challenges to contribute to the company’s growth. 


The minimum qualifications needed to be considered for this role include: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales and/or business development role
  • Strong proficiency in one or more of the following areas: cloud technologies, software development, medical imaging, cancer research (diagnostics or therapeutics), cancer informatics, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology or other closely related fields
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Demonstrable skills in relationship management, communication and negotiation
  • Comfort in discussing software, networking, and cloud technologies with tech-savvy clients
  • Tech savoy and able to operate a variety of software tools for sales and marketing

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

  • Experience with anatomic pathology, microscopy, tissues image analysis, medical imaging or closely related disciplines 
  • Experience with cancer research, drug development and related areas
  • Track record of building relationships in the digital pathology or life sciences fields

Your Responsibilities

  • Seek out and engage new stakeholders in pharmaceutical research, CROs and educational institutions
  • Present, promote, and sell products / services that fit the needs of existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Identify and develop new clients by prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Engage and work closely with regional sales peers and/or channel-reseller partners to oversee sales cycles from lead generation to revenue recognition stage
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain company CRM, ensuring all relevant information stays up to date
  • Provide regular updates on sales prospects, targets, and goals
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Some travel will be required, on an as-needed basis

  3. A 1 hour interview with our co-founder who will take a deep dive into your past experiences
  4. A technical presentation to a few members of our team! You can expect to prepare a demo or sales pitch as if presenting to a potential customer (details will be shared in advance). 
  5. Once an offer is extended, you will be required to complete a background check which may take up to 3 weeks
